What is HRK's reservations policy? 

Your full party must be present to be seated.

Cabana seating is a request, not a guarantee.

Any specific table is a request, not a guarantee.

All reservations are made online through Open Table.

Our largest party size is 8 guests. Reservations that are booked separate can not be combined to form larger parties.

When booking reservations, please include children & infants in the party size.  

We are unable to accommodate any increase in party size.

We allow a 15 min grace period, from your reservation time, for your party to be complete.

We have set forth dining times allotted for each party, they are as follows:

- For parties of 2 we have reserved 1 hour and 45 minutes.

- For parties of 4 we have reserved 2 hours.

- For parties of 5-8 we have reserved 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Inclement weather conditions may affect our ability to provide a comfortable outdoor dining experience.

If extreme weather is forecast, reservations may be canceled the morning or afternoon of the booking date.

Are reservations required to dine at HRK?

Although reservations are not required, we highly recommend you have one, as we may be fully booked when you arrive. You can make a reservation here:

Can I place an order online for pickup? 

Definitely! Enjoy Hero Ranch Kitchen at home by ordering online and picking it up. You can order online here.

Our order pick up hours are from Wednesday through Sunday, starting at 5:00PM.

What is HRK's reservation cancellation policy?

To avoid a cancellation fee of $30, please cancel your Open Table reservation within 24-hours. You can manage your reservation here (click sign-in on the top right of the page):

Does HRK allow large parties?

Absolutely - the reservations should be made in advance. Please contact us at reservations@theheroranch.com to make a reservation for parties larger than 8.

Can our party sit at the bar?

Absolutely - considering all guests are 21 years of age. Bar seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there a corkage fee if we bring our own wine?

No! We do not charge a corkage fee for red, white or sparkling wines.

Can we bring our own dessert?

Absolutely! Feel free check out our dessert options, as well.

Do you offer gift certificates / gift cards?

Absolutely! You can purchase a physical gift card in-person or a virtual gift card here. You can use these gift cards at The Hero Ranch Kitchen or Flower's Saratoga.

What is the dress code to dine at HRK?

There is no official dress code to dine - we do require our guests to be fully clothed though. We recommend casual or upscale casual.

Where can we park when we dine at HRK?

Parking can be found on 4th street right around the corner of us, You may also find street parking available across the street.
